TAP The Web App
How do you usually pay your mobile bills & Network’s provider subscribtions ?
Do you waste your time going through different websites just to find a certain product & compare each one ?
Do you own a small business & couldn’t find an online payment method suitable for your customers ?
Im glad to announce that a new era for mobile payment has arrived. A new way to get away from all the annoyance mentioned above. We live in a mobile world where more than 35% of our time (according to some study) is spent using our mobiles & PCs and one of the most annoying things to do is sell & buy stuff online mainly because most of the local services don’t provide online payment through their websites, or if the do some are not user or mobile friendly, well thats all gonna change with TAP.
Last week we had a chance to meet Ali Abu-Alhasan One of the master minds behind Tap, to get a preview of this new service that I believe gonna be a big hit in Kuwait. Aziz & I burned Ali with our questions and concerns & he answered all our question professionally & honesty. We are really proud of those awesome Kuwaiti developers behind Tap.
Tap is a web app that enables you to buy, pay your bills and sell your products/services online without the need to go to the official website of the seller. Whats really interesting about Tap is the ability to create your business/personal profile and start selling your products within minutes without the need to worry about security, all small businesses gonna benefit from this service and you the cunsumer are the beneficiary, paying your bills, subscriptions, buying stuff and browsing through various products while enjoying your coffee or being in your comfort zone.

Tap is basically a web app which is much better in my personal opinion than a mobile app, you just log into it from you browser no matter what mobile you are using (iphone, Android, Blackberry) and thats the main advantage of a web app, just open your browser and you are browsing through an app-like interface. Tap will official launch on May 6th but the site is live now for you to preview.

Actually, i didn’t want to talk about this for a start but noticing the raising number of “soft” or “delicate” men (or boys) around us made it hard for my nerves to not point this out. Reader, Have a quick tour on instagram, twitter, keek or even the malls and streets & you should understand what i’am talking about. I am not talking about those who are officially gay one’s, i am just referring to those boys who act like :
- My extremely wide V-neck T-shirt is classy & unique “un-hairy chest showing”!!! WTF
- I speak french! DaCooh
- Yesterday I almost had a heart attack, my favourite orange! color pants was not ironed “Where could you find an orange pants for a start??!! LA SENZA??” ROFL
- I don’t do sport coz i don’t like sweaty me!
- Men makeup “enough said”
& many many more …
Am I the only one seeing & hearing this round?
Could we call it some kind of a “Habba” to be a little soft among today’s Men?

تناقلت بعض المواقع خبر أن البلاك بيري ١٠ لا يحتاج إلى خدمه بلاك بيري من شركه الاتصالات و طبعاً المعلومة جداً خاطئة لان خدمه البلاك بيري مسنجر لن تعمل فقط المتصفح و تويتر سوف يعملون بدون الخدمه.
Some website have been posting wrong info since the early morning about BB10 & the new Z10 from Blackberry. Those websites have mentioned that you don’t need a Blackberry subscription from your mobile provider to use the new Z10 or any BB10 of course that info is so wrong, you can never use BBM (I have tested it out myself although I know it wont work) the only thing you may use is the Browser, Twitter and some apps but BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) won’t work without a subscription. If you are interested in getting the new Z10 or any BB10 upcoming devices you should get a blackberry subscription with it
Staying Anonymous
Today, just about everyone has a cellphone that functions as a camera. People are eager to photograph every moment and stay connected through images which can conveniently be shared through social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Documenting and memorializing life has never been easier! While connecting with each other is simple, anonymity is scarce.
Photographer Poklong Anading plays with the idea of capturing life without exposing facial identity in his appropriately titled photo series Anonymity. Each image in the series presents a subject with a radiating white flash of light blocking out his/her face. It looks like a point-of-view shot, as though the subjects are photographing the photographer, but they are in fact holding up mirrors, reflecting blinding beams of light.
Bad Advertising
When it comes to advertising we all know that the old traditional way of tv commercials and newspaper adds are almost extinct.
Companies whether big or small, new or old are trying to find new ways to be closer to their customers. Twitter, FaceBook, Google+ , Instagram and many other social sites. We can now find them on almost all the social network we can imagine. Don’t get me wrong this is a good thing to communicate more with you product/service provider but some companies are doing it all wrong.
They make an account lets say on twitter & they just keep sending you a mention tweet about their products and so you would have to read the tweet & if you reply to them they simply don’t answer coz they are busy spamming everyone else sending them the same tweet in their mentions.
cough cough****الجو حلو يبيله فطاير زعتر **** cough, come on give me a break cant you even find a better tweet :P
Now let’s go to Instagram, one of the most annoying things you can find in your feed that a company you are following uploads a mass amount of pics all in the same time filling your feed with their pics which by the way 90% of them are useless coz they look into quantity not quality. I even commented on a pic from a certain company (restaurant/cafe) that they are spamming not posting & I actually found out that they don’t even reply to comments from followers, cough cough ****Baza cafe *** cough 
They should get some marketing consultant to advise them on how to make good useful posts, tweets or pics. If they even dont wanna hire some one a simple thing that they can do is caring about their customers & taking their feed back into consideration & replying to every comment or tweet that get sent to them. They are actually not marketing but annoying their customer by spamming their timeline.
Some companies do this social connecting in a right way & end up satisfying their customer & my post is only meant
to give those spammers a simple advice from a normal user’s prospective.

Ahmad Mekky was really creative in the way he solve his issue with the guy copying him in Facebook, well the guy is a raPper, then his gonna solve it by RAPpING. On the other hand Tareq Alali was having a simular issue but in twitter & as usual from Tareq he solve it with a smile on our face
