How famous is this moment !! Who ever you are, What ever your background is … it doesn’t matter how much you know about football, but you should knew or even heard about this incident.

The image of French soccer star Zinedine Zidane losing his temper during the 2006 World Cup final against Italy remains a shocking piece of footage for millions of soccer fans and casual observers.

France and Italy were locked in 1-1 tie on July 9th 2006 world cup final when Zidane unleashed a head-attack into Italian defender Marco Materazzi chest in the 110th minute of extra time. which lieds to Italy winning the world cup in penalty shoot out leaving Zidane teammates in second place. and this was the last appearance for Zidane wearing France shirt announcing national retirement.

Why Zidane did what he did !!!?? that is still a vague question with many answers, some say that Materazzi insulted Zidane mother & some says that he was racist against Zidane background “Arabic Algerian”

Shall you have a different view of what happened ?? Just tell us in the comment box

What ever was the purpose this moment will always be one of the most awkward & famous moments in the world cup history …
